What we collect
Your account email, the shifts and earnings you log, and the GPS trail Milestead records while a shift is active. We do not read messages, contacts, photos, or any data outside the Milestead app.
How we use it
To compute your daily pace, build IRS-compliant mileage logs, and sync your data across your devices. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Ever.
Location data
GPS is only recorded when a shift is active. You can pause, delete, or export any trip from settings. Location data never leaves our servers except when you export it.
Your controls
Export a full PDF and CSV bundle any time. Delete your account and all associated data from settings, or by emailing hi@milestead.app. Deletion is permanent and processed within 30 days.
