Using Milestead
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Milestead. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shifts, earnings, and mileage you record.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from settings or the App Store. Cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access through the paid period.
Tax disclaimer
Milestead produces IRS-compliant records but is not a substitute for a CPA or tax professional. You are responsible for filing your own taxes. We are not liable for penalties resulting from filings based on your Milestead data.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or use Milestead to record data for a person or vehicle you don't have permission to track. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
